What is a net-30 account?

A net-30 account is a vendor tradeline that gives you 30 days to pay an invoice after receiving your goods or services. When the vendor reports your payment activity to a business credit bureau like Dun & Bradstreet, your on-time payments help build your business credit file.

What is a Paydex score?

A Paydex score is Dun & Bradstreet's business credit score, ranging from 0 to 100. A score of 80 or higher means you typically pay your bills on time or early. Many vendors and lenders look for a Paydex of 80+ before extending larger credit lines.

Do I need a D-U-N-S number?

A D-U-N-S number is a unique nine-digit identifier for your business issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Many net-30 vendors and business credit card issuers require one before approving your application. You can request one directly from Dun & Bradstreet at no cost.

Does this hurt my personal credit?

Building business credit separately from personal credit is the goal. Some vendors and card issuers require a personal guarantee, which may involve a personal credit check. Tradeline Coach flags which vendors are known to require a personal guarantee so you can decide before applying.

How long does it take to build business credit?

Most businesses see initial reporting within 30 to 60 days of opening their first net-30 accounts. Building a strong file with multiple reporting tradelines typically takes 6 to 12 months of consistent, on-time payments. Results vary based on your business profile and vendor reporting schedules.

Is this credit repair?

No. Tradeline Coach is an educational tool that teaches you how to build business credit step by step. It is not a credit repair service, does not dispute items on your credit report, and does not guarantee approval for any account or specific credit outcomes.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tradeline Coach, an educational tool for building business credit. The app does not guarantee approval for any account and is not a lender or credit repair service.

Tradeline Coach is an educational and preparatory tool. It does not guarantee approval for any account and is not a lender, credit repair service, or financial advisor.

By using this app you agree to provide accurate, truthful information about your business. You must never adjust, misstate, or omit information in an attempt to qualify for credit. The app's coach will never instruct you to do so.

Vendor terms — including personal guarantee requirements, reporting bureaus, credit limits, and eligibility — change without notice. Always verify current terms directly with each provider before applying. The "Verified" date shown on each vendor card reflects when information was last reviewed and is not a guarantee of accuracy.

Tradeline Coach does not submit, auto-fill, or automate vendor applications on your behalf. You must personally review and submit every application yourself.

Access to the full program is provided as a one-time purchase of $297. This unlocks all four credit tiers (Tiers 1-4) plus a seat in the live Business Credit Class. Lifetime access applies to the version of the program purchased, subject to these Terms. The live class is available only to direct purchasers; users who unlock access via an agency seat code receive all four tiers but do not receive access to the live class unless separately granted by the administrator.

Agency Program: The agency license is $199 per year and includes 2 seats. Additional seats are $67 each, purchasable 1 to 100 at a time. Agencies set their own client price, with a minimum resale price of $97 per seat. This is stated in our terms and on the agency page; we do not enforce agency pricing in code. Upon license expiry, agencies enter a 14-day grace period during which unredeemed codes remain usable. After the grace period, new code redemptions pause until the license is renewed. Customers who have already redeemed their codes retain access permanently and are never revoked. The agency license is a yearly one-time payment and does not auto-renew.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradeline Coach and its operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the app or reliance on any vendor information presented.
