Do I need a D-U-N-S number?

A D-U-N-S number is a unique nine-digit identifier for your business issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Many net-30 vendors and business credit card issuers require one before approving your application. You can request one directly from Dun & Bradstreet at no cost.

Does this hurt my personal credit?

Tradeline Coach collects the business profile information you choose to enter, which may include sensitive details such as your Employer Identification Number (EIN), bank name, revenue figures, and ownership information.

Your data is stored per-user: each account has its own private record, and no user can see another user's data. Records are encrypted at rest by the platform and transmitted over secure connections.

We do not share your business profile information with other users. Vendor reference content (tiers, vendor details, and field guidance) is shared educational content and is not personal data.

Sensitive business information is not included in analytics or error tracking. We log only what is necessary to operate and debug the service.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your purchase to grant access, but we do not store your full card details.

You may request deletion of your account and business profile data at any time by contacting support. Upon request, we will remove your personal records from our systems.
